The Central European Journal of Labour Law and Personnel Management is an open access scientific journal of the Labour Law Association, registered under No. ISSN 2644-4542 (e-version), ISSN 2644-4917 (print version) and DOI 10.33382. The journal is published twice a year, focusing on scientific submissions of high quality. The scientific journal welcomes scientific work related to the field of labour law, social security law, human resources, human resource management and related topics.
The journal was founded with a mission to develop a reliable platform and provide access to and invite scientific contributions and support scientific initiatives in the field of law and management. The main aim is to publish articles that will be interesting to both theoretically and practically oriented readers. Academicians and research scholars are invited to submit their novel contributions in the form of original manuscript which undergoes quality check before being approved for publication. As a reviewed scientific journal it has been published since 2018 by the Labour Law Association in Slovakia.
The Central European Journal of Labour Law and Personnel Management undertakes to observe and oversee the publication ethics and quality of published articles. Therefore, it is expected from the authors, editors, reviewers and publishers to obey the standards of ethical behaviour. There are original scientific high quality papers published in the journal in the following fields: labour law, social security law, human resources, human resource management and related topics. We accept papers, which have not been published earlier and have not been accepted for publication in other journals.
The authors take responsibility for the content and format of their papers (see attachment). It is the role of the Editorial Board to decide whether a submitted paper will be published in the journal or not. The Central European Journal of Labour Law and Personnel Management use Crossref and iThenticate software for plagiarism screening and verifies the paper originality. Papers are evaluated on the basis of their peer reviews, their scientific importance, as well as on the basis of their added value and quality. The journal is published twice a year. The Editorial Board set a clear, yet challenging goal: to launch an internationally reputable journal that is on a high academic level. We believe that the Central European Journal of Labour Law and Personnel Management will become a reputable international scientific journal at home and abroad alike, and will spread the good name of the Labour Law Association.

The Editors of the Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law are pleased to announce a call for papers for the forthcoming, 2019 (Vol. 7.) edition of the Yearbook in the following sections:
a) Articles focusing on the role of legal sciences and jurisprudence in responding to climate change and environmental challenges (“Thematic Part” section)
b) Articles, shorter Notes and Comments addressing general issues of international law and European law, focused on events, current developments, national and international jurisprudence linked to the years 2018 and 2019 („Developments in international law”, „Developments in European law”, „Forum”, „Hungarian State Practice” sections)
c) Reviews of books published in 2018 or 2019 („Review of Hungarian and International Scholarly Literature” section)
Deadline: Submissions, including a statement of affiliation (in the first footnote of the manuscript), brief abstract (up to 250 words), and confirmation of exclusive submission shall be sent by 31 May 2019, via e-mail: hungarianyearbook@gmail.com
Authors are encouraged to share their topics and ideas continuously with the Editors.
Language: The Yearbook publishes manuscripts in English.
Length Requirements: Articles should not exceed 60 000 characters (including spaces and footnotes). Shorter Notes, Comments and Book reviews (up to 3 pages) are also preferred.
Reference style: Articles should be submitted in conformity with the Hungarian Yearbook style guide provided by Eleven International Publishing. The Hungarian Yearbook style guide is available upon request at the e-mail address above, or here.  
Double Blind Peer Review: All manuscripts (excluding book reviews) submitted will be subject to double blind peer review.
Date of Publication: The Editors aim to publish Vol. 7. (2019) in December 2019 at the latest.
About the Hungarian Yearbook: The Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law is published by Eleven International Publishing (the Hague) in printed and e-book form. The objective of the Yearbook is to provide a forum for legal discussion on actual developments of international and European law, and to examine cases, new legislation, events and jurisprudence related to Hungary and Central-Eastern Europe, and Hungarian (Central-Eastern European) legislation from an international law and European law perspective.
